The Watchmen Message is nothing new. It’s the same message that John the Baptist preached, and the same message the early disciples preached: “Prepare the way of the Lord, for He is coming soon!”
It is a message deeply rooted in worship. In the Book of Revelation we see how God's kingdom operates, as we are taken backstage into the very throne room of God. We learn that God's purposes are formed, sustained and accomplished within the context of unceasing praise, and that this eternal ministry of adoration is the foundation stone upon which prayer, evangelism and discipleship are all built. We also see that transformation in our towns and cities - ultimately fulfilled through the return of Jesus - will only come about when worship is at the heart of everything we do.
God first entrusted us with this message in the early days of our marriage in 2019, but over the last year we have felt Him speaking even more clearly about His desire to release us in new ways to to share this message and minister to our hometown of Reading, His church and the UK. In obedience to God's voice, earlier this year we made the hard decision to leave our jobs as worship pastors at Greyfriars Church in order to begin working as missionaries to the UK based in Reading.
As you read more below about the vision God has given us, we would ask you to consider how you could partner with us. We have taken many big steps of faith over the years, and we have seen God provide for us in extraordinary ways, but without doubt this latest adventure represents our greatest journey of faith yet - one that relies on raising regular support in order to carry out the work God has put on our hearts. We would invite you to ask God how He is calling you to stand with us in this - trusting that He will provide everything we need to carry out His work in His way.

VISION
BUILD UP READING.
Our vision is to help build a radical, cross-town worship and prayer movement in partnership with churches in Reading. Our vision is to disciple and support worship pastors across the town, to train and resource worship teams, and to establish a generation of young people in worship. Our vision is to work with songwriters across Reading to write prophetic songs that declare destiny over this town.

Our vision is to gather like-minded musicians from across the UK to write and release prophetic songs over our nation. Our vision is to strengthen existing worship and prayer movements in cities across the UK. Our vision is to bring God's presence to the streets through open-air worship and outreach events. Our vision is to see what we do in Reading overflow to other towns and cities.

Our vision is to bring to God's church in Reading and the UK a deeper understanding of what worship is. Our vision is to write songs that reveal more of God's heart and to create teaching resources that bring a heavenly perspective to earthly events. Our vision is to draw God's people into a more wholehearted pursuit of Him as we look ahead to His return.
